Cremonini srl, a crafting company founded in 1961 as Aldo Cremonini, named after its founder, has been operating for 3 generations of entrepreneurs. In the 1990s, following the evolution of the industry and to adapt to market trends, a decision was taken to verify and then modify the production by investing in more technologically advanced equipment and machinery. Thanks outstanding and professional human resources, a heritage that distinguishes and differentiates the company, a qualitative leap in production and customer service has been achieved. The company has been operating in the metalworking carpentry sector for over 50 years, carrying out metal construction activities, steel handwork, stainless steel and aluminium products based on customer’s drawings or specifications, with design and development of customized works and related installation.
The relocation to the headquarters in Suello (LC) shows the plan to grow, a characteristic that has always featured the company’s philosophy.
The new headquarters allows us to operate in an environment suitable for the production process with internal and external spaces adequate to the type of processing.
With regards to HSE, Cremonini is supervised by a company specialized in the business, to comply with legislative obligations as well as to allow employees to operate in a healthy and safe environment.

All processes are managed and controlled through integrated software. “Ad hoc” programs have been designed for company management, from offers to order fulfilment processes, from the progress of commissions, with collection of production data in real time, to delivery, from final results to control statistics.

OUR CHALLENGE? THE MOST DIFFICULT JOBS
To respond to customer requests, the company has a design and development area for specific orders, where specialized personnel creates detailed drawings necessary for the production, supported by 2D-3D and CAD / CAM technologies. The internal network allows us to program CNC machines with precision and swiftness.
The combination of the use of technologically advanced processes and the high flexibility of skilled staff ensures the optimization of each individual business process to meet customer expectations.
Cremonini is able to manufacture the required product in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium by laser cutting, shearing, punching, bending and mechanical processing with CNC machines and to assemble it by MIG / MAG, TIG and coated electrode welding. The finishing and assembly department allows us to supply the product in its final form with finishing processes and with the assembly of details and commercial accessories.
