The system is based on the automatic generation of a pattern of fluid strips<\/strong> that combine to form double-curved surfaces<\/strong>. Structural integrity is ensured by a \u201cT\u201d system, in which each strip is supported by a perpendicular element that acts as a backbone. This support structure is composed of aluminum triangulations<\/strong>, obtained through CNC bending<\/strong>, which give the strips smooth and dynamic movements. The 2-mm-thick aluminium triangulations offer strength, while the main strips, also made of 2 mm aluminium, are bent according to adjusted surfaces and joined by laser welding<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
